The world’s quintessential pop star, right after Michael Jackson, hip starlet Britney Spears just dished out $5000 to have a tattoo artist ink her butt away from the prying lenses of photographers at her private residence.
The singer, desperate to have her 12th etching, didn’t favor the idea of paparazzi witnessing the other side of the socially depraved limelight addict.
Spears decided to pay extra, not like that even remotely a concern, to have her favourite artist visit her at home and immortalize her backside with the red crown.
“Britney said she wanted a crown to convey the meaning that she’s queen of her domain, the ruler of her life and castle,” a source explained. And with her acquisition of the recent Twitter crown from Ashton Kutcher, we aren’t inclined to disagree.
The 28-year-old went with the Orange Ink Tattoo House, a favourite amongst stars from 50 Cent, Joel Madden, even Travis Barker.
The star was happy to hand over the $5000 fee, and according to friends in her inner circle, expressed the wish for her 13th tattoo. Britney’s other tattoos include an ink of Hebrew letters on her neck, a fairy on her back, a dice on her wrist and a cross on her pelvic area. Let’s hope we’re included for the 13th tattoo, provided it isn’t all too personal.
