Here’s a subject every teenage girl has been obsessing over for quite some time – who is the new Justin Bieber girlfriend? While recently mentor Usher may have advised Bieber to stay away from dating his fans, there’s no stopping Justin from publicly kissing her.

Everybody knows about Justin’s previous fling with Caitlin Beadles. Since their breaking up, the prospect of the young star being available has been more than most of fans can handle.

The numerous rumors and speculation are ample proof of how much interest the singer’s love life can generate. While the star himself isn’t very open on the subject, one does get to read and hear about the new female friends that he makes quite often.

The latest in the long list of girls to carry the “Bieber Girlfriend” tag is Jasmine Villegas. Wondering just how do we know about the relationship?

The photos were taken by some random Canadian tourist in Venice, who just happened to notice his country’s biggest music export in the midst of one rather juvenile make-out session. FYI – TMZ owns the photos, so please don’t burn out pants off.

So who is this girl? Well for one she’s obviously the luckiest teenage girl out there! But luck isn’t the only factor for the occurrence of this kiss, the couple have more in common, namely music.

The two were rumored to be dating, but neither of them have taken the care to let the millions of girls sitting on the edge of their seat know – bah!

Jasmine was born on December 7, 1993, and is of Filipino and Mexican descent. Apart from appearances in numerous television shows, she is known to be a close friend of Paige Hurd. She is also the opening act for the “My World” tour.

She’s currently signed on with Sony Music, and has also been part of a rather ridiculous American all-girl group School Gyrls, which should probably be awarded something for the many kinds of horrible contained in the name alone.
